In all circumstances, jk11's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance in the user's account.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Jk11 may close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of These Terms
• Fraud or Suspicious Activity
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
• Extended inactivity (over 18 months)

Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, any member may voluntarily suspend or close their account temporarily or long-term. Funds on account will be preserved during self-exclusion.

10 Changes to Terms & Conditions
